I'm a Dutch/Italian born and raised in The Netherlands, but now an active member of the London tech crowd. I have a computer science degree from Delft University of Technology.

I love the visual, which is why I'm attracted to UI/UX side of software development. I also love to play around with cameras, photo and video.

My favorite web development platform of the day is Symfony, a robust and well supported PHP platform. I also dabble a little with Django and Rails every so often but Symfony is still my go-to framework

In my role at Nudge Social Media I've become very skilled at Facebook App Development. A good understanding of the Facebook Platform is a well appreciated skill so I like to keep it up to date as much as I can.

Solid front end development

Experience with (X)HTML, CSS3, Javascript (jQuery), and the latest HTML5 developments. I love data visualisations and like to create my own to illustrate complex issues in a simple way.

PHP/Symfony Backend Experience

Symfony is a solid, well supported, well tested PHP framework used by Delicious, Yahoo Answers, Senio Labs, and many others. It allows for agile development and short development cycles.

Facebook App Development

In my time at a a London based Social Media agency I build up a lot experience in Facebook App Development. Getting the right experience aboard is essential to any Facebook campaign's success.

An eye for detail

Although not a designer, I am a photographer and videographer and like to dabble with Photoshop. I'm not easily satisfied with a design and will insist in pixel perfect execution.
